Expat Insurance

These days I tried many times to read the "Expat Insurance" on ThaiVisa......without success.

Does anyone knows what happens?

Really?? I have had email by AAinsurance to renew my health insurance which expire august 31....... and not mention of that.

Interesting and strange: I checked, right now, the "Thai Health Insurance" website and I saw the premium for INDIVIDUAL insurance at 17,478 baht for 1,200,000 baht and my age.

The Thaivisa group insurance asks me, for renew my silver option (1 million baht), 28,670 baht!

Yes, Thaivisa have terminated their association with AA Insurance. AA will contact existing policy holders directly for policy renewal.

Compare the actual coverage offered and remember if you change you are likely to have any pre-existing conditions excluded. If you are happy with the level of coverage under the Thai Health policy and want to save 10,000 baht then go for it!
