Non-immigrant Visa 90days?

Recommended Posts

Am going to apply for 90days Non-Immigrant Visa.

Just because am going to take a thai driverslicense. (you must have ha non-imigrant visa for this)

Iam NOT going to work in any way, just to have a holiday trip.

But there is 2 problems I think??

1, What kind of recommendation letter should I send with my visa-application form?

2, And a read somewhere you need a proof of paying tax when you leave the country, how will I get this if am NOT planning to work?

Click on "Non-Immigrant visa" on top of this page and look for an example letter for NON-B.

The Tax Clearance Certificate mentioned on the TM6 Arrival card is outdated info. If you don't work in Thailand or have incme here, don't worry about any tax.

NON-B means business visa I think!

And am not going to work at all.

Should I just fake the business-information or what do you mean?

There must be a lot of people with a non-imigrant visa and dont working.

Example of recommendation letter:
