Thai medium plus size company upgrading various management systems and wants to buy a professional HRIS system.

Anybody bought such a system in Thailand, or know, please of specific software systems available with local support?

Maybe against form rules to post a proprietary name, so would appreciate a PM with anything you can share.

Oracle/Peoplesoft and SAP provide 'on-premise' solutions that are expensive, difficult to install, and expensive to maintain. Plus, they are 'last-generation' technology. Having worked with both systems quoted above, PeopleSoft is by far the lesser of the two evils. Be prepared to grab your ankles on the purchase and implementation fees.
