Chick Mountain Music Festival Highlights

The wait is finally over and music fans who attended the Chick Mountain Music Festival sure did not leave disappointed, as the event offered stellar music line-ups and plenty of fun activities.

The monsoon season is not all about rain and gloom, especially when a one-of-a-kind music festival is organized in a military training camp atop Khao Chon Kai hill in Kanchanaburi Province, which has been dubbed as 'Chick Mountain' in English,.

The 'Pepsi Presents Chick Mountain Music Festival' is a unique music festival put together by well-known event organizer Yutthana Boon-om who created the first military theme park music festival, where festival goers were able to get a taste of real military training.

An array of activities such as a shooting range and zip lining were offered as part of the festival's entertainment.

A music festival is of course not complete without great tunes, and the festival's stellar line up of artists was nothing short of impressive.

Popular bands like Suck-Seed, Scrubb, and Jetset'er were greeted by screaming fans as they rock-out.

One of the main highlights was the return of the indie singer Palmy, who performed her greatest hits as well as her new chart-burning single that had fans singing along.

The fun continued with even more great music that had the audience tapping their feet and bobbing their heads.

Da-Endorphine and Bodyslam electrified the audience with non-stop tunes and fans were treated to another surprise when the young boys of Suck-Seed jammed with veteran rockers such as Off-Big Ass and the band Paradox.

Festival goers definitely got their money's worth and did not leave disappointed.

For those who missed out on the fun, start saving up and prepare for another mountain music festival, this time at the annual Big Mountain Music Festival at Bonanza Khao Yai to take place on December 10 to 11.
