Anyone know of any outdoor area in Pattaya where one can pick up (preferably free) a wi-fi signal? I saw that Misty's go-go has it available, but I'd like to sit at an outdoor beer bar and surf and drink beer in the afternoon. Thanks for any info.

Although NOT free, the Starbucks on Beach Rd, Soi 13 has prepaid WiFi through KSC.

Try Cheers bar in Soi Pattayaland 2. Lewinsky's has WiFi, but is not open air...

Same I think for Penthouse hotel on the same soi.

Shennanigans has free wifi, but again not open air.

Only idiots surf in Starbucks... 150 Baht/1 hour or 600 BAht for 5 hours...Jeeeez

They did have a deal where Dtac customers could get a free half hour I think on any KSC hotspot...

There was a civic service, but that is being closed as they forgot to advertise it and no one has been using it.
