Protein Bars Or Similar In Thailand

Featured Replies

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good post-workout source of proteins that can be brought to the gym. I'm looking for alternatives to the overpriced Musashi products.

i think you should buy whey protein, you can buy directly in bangkok at www.wheybkk.com they got best price, they delivery at Mbk free !

i use to buy many times from them

why dont you bake them yourself? take whey protein (2 spoons), 10 egg whites, add 2 tbsp of oatmeal, and depending if you are on a low carb diet or not, add some raisins/almonds. mix all together in a blender, and either bake it for 20min at 200degrees or fry them as you would do with a pancakes... you get 4 portions out of that, each bar 25gr protein, 15 gr carbs (w/o the raisins/almonds) and around 8gr fat

cheers
