this may seem dim, but I have looked everywhere for the C2 form which has to be filled in for a Childs passport.

Please complete a C2 Passport Application Form in full and return it to us with payment and evidence of the child's British nationality ie either a British birth certificate or full documentation as for a birth certificate. We require two recent, identical photographs (35mm by 45mm), one of which must be countersigned on the back. (This is explained in detail in Note 5 of the "Notes for Form C2".)

Anyone got a link so I can get a copy? Or do you collect it at the Bangkok Embassy?

As far as I'm aware, you can't submit an application on line. A form should be collected from the embassy. If in the UK, you can get one from a post office and take it with you to Thailand.
