Where To Buy Sugar Free Electrolyte Powder In Bangkok

Well first off ive been exercising the past 2 weeks and being a bit overweight and out of shape i sweat quite profusely. The first week everything was going quite well id come home and feel very euphoric from the hard work i had done. Then and almost every other time i have worked out i always noticed a white salt/mineral line on my shirt after it had dried out. Well after the past week that little line never apears, i feel like crap after i work out, and it usually takes me a good hour to have the energy to get up and do anything. back in the states id always drink some propel after a workout but i haven't seen anything of the sort here. So as the title says im looking for a place in bangkok to buy sugar free electrolyte powder. And if your wondering why sugar free its because it kind of seems pointless to drink a sugary drink after working out if weight loss is your goal.

All Gatorade has sugar.

I haven't really seen it in powder form anyway.

Id prefer powder instead of having to make several trips to the store or having a bunch of bottles laying around.

Im sure i could but i would still prefer something sugar free and in powder form. As mentioned before i used propel in the states which is lightly artificially flavored water with electrolytes.

There must be some sort of product like this in Thailand whether its a sports drink mix or an electrolyte mix for sick children (which usually have a higher amount of potassium)

So specifically

Sugar Free

Powder form

And Cheap

And sorry if i seem like i am being difficult

Go for coconut water, I drink it cold and fresh from a vendor everytime post workout. It has everything and is much better than powders

electrolytes have to have sugars in them ; thats why they are given to children and others who are dehydrated: sugar, salts, we used to make our own, awful tasting ones with orange juice, grape sugar and baking soda mix..

its not just the salts that you need to replenish...

tomato juice is a mild salt replacer; so is celery... there are salt tabs but not sure the dosages for normal people...

when we do hiking (remember, israel in summer is hot and no one in the army gets given electrolytes, nor in school or on hiking trips. electrolytes are things u get in hospitals here. also, no major drinks for sports until really recently. we always DIY) we use tomatoes, oranges and bananas for additions to the liters of water that we carry-- they have natural amounts of magnesium potatssium and sugars with the addtional benefits of eating fruit and well, fruit (tomatoe is a fruit)..
