Safari Issue

Featured Replies

Since the upgrade to 5.1.1 the "Preferences-Extensions" panel shows blank.

Starting in safe mode panel content is visible.

After having uninstalled ALL extensions - panel shows blank. So, it's not an extension issue.

The issue seems to appear under Lion as well.

Any work-around/solution for this 'bug' is appreciated

Snow Leopard 10.6.8 /Safari Version 5.1.1 (6534.51.22)

I never used extensions. But if you look at the bottom of that blank extensions screen and click on get extensions, there are a bunch available. I got ad blocker, better facebook and facebook zoom while I was looking at it. I guess I don't understand your issue. And I've also never heard of starting Mac OS in safe mode. I always thought that was a WIndows thing... But then again, I may learn something new.

Odd. I installed Safari Version 5.1.1 (6534.51.22) yesterday and installed 2 extensions. They show up just fine. I'm running OS 10.6.8.
