Hi SBK.

Just looked at the map and zoomed into my house. I don't know how many years out of date it is, but at least 2.

So I fail to see how they can say it's today.

The date on the bottom of the map says 2011.

I am guessing the weather data is current and superimposed onto a map. Taking a high resolution image down to the details of a house takes a lot of resources, and isn't necessary when looking at the weather?

The weather satellite imagery imposed over the map is correct for to-day but the zoom in map is definitely not 2011 my guess about 2005.

Well considering that most people looking at a weather map want to look at the bigger picture I don't see why using a totally current map of an area that has had no substantial land changes in two years would make a difference as to what the weather is doing.....
