I have lots of songs on iTunes. If I want to burn them to a CD then there is an option to make the sound level consistent. I want to put them on a USB to load in my car, it works great but I am constantly changing the volume control. Any way to get all the songs on the USB to play the same output like the CD setup does?

No, not in iTunes. When you make an audio cd from iTunes I guess you check the "sound check" button? Anyway iTunes has to convert your music into aiff files to make an audio CD, so itunes processes your MP3 or AAC files back to aiff files and with sound check it normalizes the volume of the files. When you just copy a MP3 file to a USB drive, it doesn't process the file. If you want to "normalize" your MP3 or AAC files you will need an audio recording program and open each file in it and normalize it then save it. I know my old iPod has "sound check" in it's settings, but I don't see it in my new iPod Touch, so maybe it is just always on. I don't know what device you are using in your car, but if it has a normalize volume or sound check setting turn it on.
