"Classic" Brand Car ?

In Chiang Mai on my way to pay for tax stickers this morning, say a small 4-door hatchback. Only name on both hatch and grill was Classic. Had what looked like 13" wheels, round tail lights.

Google search yielded squat.

Ever see one, or know who makes it ? I thought India maybe, but no joy on search.
