So Roy keane has been given his marching orders. I'm not a Man U fan and I don't dislike them either, but Mr Keane is a violent, bad tempered and abusive player, likes to dish it out but can't take his own medicine. I hope he retires.

And apart from Giggsy, Keane was the only player in the Man U set up I actually liked.

Sorry Mr Redrus Sir, now I know that on (and off) field violence, temper tantrums and verbal and physical abuse are 'passion', I stand corrected.

His position at United had become untennable.

After he slagged his own players off they went on to perform superbly with his words ringing in their ears.

But he was not The Manager, so it would have been very difficult to continue playing there. Obviously the Purple nosed one had told him he must never make another outburst like that anf Keane probably told him to get stuffed.

Purple nose must have felt like <deleted> that one of his players could motivate his team better than he could.- So he had to go.

As a player I respected him, yes he was a thug "Aggression is what I do" he said recently. He's not much different to Vierra in that he is passionate and also intimidating and also afraid of nobody.

There are already a host of clubs queing up for his signiture.

I would have no qualms and be absolutley over the moon to coin that popular footballers quote if he went to Reading and helped with our promotion push to the Premiership -as Paul Ince did with Wolves a few seasons ago.

Keane is United's loss and they will be hard pressed to replace him

WOMAN'S DIARY:

Friday 18th November 2005

Saw him in the evening and he was acting really strangely. I went

shopping in the afternoon with the girls and I did turn up a bit

late so thought it might be that.

The bar was really crowded and loud so I suggested we go somewhere

quieter to talk. He was still very subdued and distracted so I

suggested we go somewhere nice to eat.

All through dinner he just didn't seem himself; he hardly laughed

and didn't seem to be paying any attention to me or to what I was saying.

I just knew that something was wrong.

He dropped me back home and I wondered if he was going to come in;

he hesitated but followed. I asked him again if there was something the

matter but he just half shook his head and turned the television on.

After about 10 minutes of silence, I said I was going upstairs to

bed.

I put my arms around him and told him that I loved him deeply.

He just gave a sigh and a sad sort of smile. He didn't follow me up

but later he did, and I was surprised when we made love. He still seemed

distant and a bit cold, and started to think that he was going to

leave me and that he had found someone else.

I cried myself to sleep.
