Yeah, I contacted them in the US. There are two Nurses located in bangkok to help with tricare issues.

I'm sorry I can't find their info. Just contact tricare international and they will give you the info you need.

There is several U.S. military retirees at JUSMAG (bangkok) that can give you the low down.

Check with the VA they will give you the local address and contact e-mail adress of people or places in Thailand to help you.

Several VFW places in Thailand that would tell you exactly what and where to deal with it. Would you adopt an elder nut case like me for a son so I could use it also.
