It is a funny thing that Wittayut Compex parking belongs to private investor and they charge 4800 baht per month for parking place. Anyone can get me parking for cheaper or give me an idea how to deal with that? The free parking is 300 meters away...it is nonsence...

You should have opted to buy the parking space when it was offered to you. I guess you decided to do it on the cheap, and now you're caught short. Too bad. Perhaps you can get a better deal when the hotel opens up next door

I also wanted to rent the place there, and was surprised when I came to look at the place I was asked 100 BHT ust to pass through...

the girl who was giving the place for rent suggested that I park in a office building across the street ( it's no good for me at all ) it is cheaper I think she said someting around 3k...

then she also said that the building is planning to make a parking across the clong and make a bridge to it.... but so far this is the silliest bld I have seen in Bangkok, ad I guess the only one without a parking.
