Donating Blood

Featured Replies

I have O Neg blood and would like to start donating blood again.

(Ive just read a very sad thread on the Samui forum, that has pushed me into action again.).

As i've only recently moved to Phuket, can anyone advise which would be the best hospital to visit.

Many thanks.

Try the Phuket Red Cross Blood Bank. Just around the corner from the Driving license complex.

Thanks Old Croc!

I'll pop along there on my day off.

I go to the red cross blood bank on the forth floor at Vachira hospital. Never busy and they are so nice there!

Agreed! Not easy to find a parking space but much more professional and nice than Saphan Hin.

I tried to donate blood the other day, I was told I couldn't because I was born in the UK in the 80's and I may have 'Mad Cow Disease' wacko.gif
