I'd like to buy a nice antique chest of drawers or wardrobe....I'd like an antique, but just "older" is also ok too. I did see a couple of pieces of jj, but I have driven past a few antique stores over near the golden mount temple. Anyone got a recommendation for antique furniture?

There's a few good places across the road from JJ which have antique pieces (not inside any mall, but in small shops). Of course, since they're antiques, they're also second hand because of the age. Some dating back to a few hundred years. If I remember correctly, instead of exiting MRT Kampaeng Phet, you'll instead exit directly across from that, you should see many small shops from this point. hope it helps.
