why not a Wise card ? it's listed as a "Debit" card but,, same same you put "X" amt of $$$ in .. and that's your limit ... and you can get a digital and or a physical card. -

Trouble sleeping, solutions?
Thanks for the reply. I had read that also from several credible sources, hence why I asked if over the counter available. I go sleep about midnight, wake up 3 - 4am. Still very tired but can't sleep again. It's like being a zombie till 8am when I get up. During daytime I fall asleep in front of my PC, and notice I can't think clear most of the day. Suffer from this for months already. I ordered 12mg melatonin from Iherb, but no result at all. Then I discovered I had still 1 1/2 box of Flunitrazepam prescribed by my doctor in my home country ages ago in some drawer Expiry date 2011, yeah you read that right, 14 years expired. I have taken them for the past 4 days. Sleep till 7-8am without waking up. Brain during daytime is more clear than ever before, and not fall a sleep during the day. I have 11 tablets left, but of course don't want to take stuff like this forever, expired or not. -
