Rimmer Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Korean community of Pattaya come together to help the Pattaya Orphanage PATTAYA: -- A group of attaya-based Korean entrepreneurs have come together to assist the Pattaya Orphanage. On Monday a group of over 60 children and helpers from the Orphanage were invited to the Garden Jung Korean Restaurant in North Pattaya for lunch courtesy of the Korean Business Association of Pattaya led by Mr. Kim Gwun Ho. The mix of Thai and Korean food were enjoyed by all who attended and the afternoon concluded with a presentation made by the association of 10,000 Baht to the Pattaya Orphanage who thanked the Korean business community of Pattaya for their help. Jingthing Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 I'm so happy we have a good sized Korean community in Pattaya for my selfish reasons of enjoying the very good Korean restaurants here. I noticed one of the sponsors is a restaurant. Bravo. Does anyone know what percentage of local resident Koreans are originally from North Korea?
