Whats The Average Price For Land Per Rai Near Black Mountain Golf Course In Hua Hin At Present?

Hi im in NZ at present and being offered some land near Black Mountain golf course Hua Hin, does anyone know the average price at the moment for 1 rai ?? iv'e heard 800 to 850 is not bad but im being quoted 1 mill bht per rai any one up with the prices thanks.

Anyone with land west of HH claims it is near BM. Land near Ban Ing Phu and Tai-Pan resorts, just opposite the golfcourse is sold for 2-3M baht a rai. Land for 800k a rai sounds like between BM and the by-pass. Probably a pinapplefield near the by-pass.

as mentioned above ,id check exactly where it is ,most good sites up there 2 million a rai ,i know a few developers up there , and 850 seems cheap
