I'm looking for a 3 bedroom unit in Floraville, Pattana-Karn to rent with possibly an option to buy, 100+ SQMs, highest floor possible, outer view prefered over pool inner view. Any help anyone can provide, or owners with units there wishing to help would be greatly appreciated. Budget around 25-30K a month, long long term, can pay 6 months in advance. Cheers.

I also live there, I very much doubt that you will find a 3 BR for your budget, possibly a 2 BR, I am away on work at the moment but I will ask for you when I get back.

If your already in the area then there is a small private office in Tower C that caters for private rentings, I would suggest dropping by.

Hi I was looking at Floraville for about a month or two arround Feb .Are they any good. I have wife and 10 year old boy are there any kids there, do they cater for kids.

Got a price for a 2 bed room apartment for about 45000 per month plus utilities with Asia rooms, is this too expensive or about right. I have also sen it advertised at 53000

I've seen 70SQM 2 bedroom units there for 25K. I need 3 bedrooms though. Facitiites are good. seems to be plenty of kids there.

Facilities are great and there is plenty to do for the kids, nice pools, recreation grounds, tennis....ect.

I would recommend going through a private renter than the floraville as their prices are way high, I am back from off shore on Sunday so I will look around for you guy's.

3 br Floraville price would be between 50-60000 per month serviced

2 br 40-50000

Private I recon you would be looking at

3 br 30-35000

2 br 18-25000
