Which 3g provider to use for Ipad 3g - will be used mainly around emporium area. True? TOT? etc? I want quality and speed rather than the cheapest. thanks in advance.

iPad or iPad2? Pre-paid or post-paid?

I think the iPad supports 850/1900/2100 Mhz 3G so TrueMove H, DTAC or (cringe) TOT/one of their resellers).

I think the iPAd2 supports 850/900/1900/2100 Mhz 3G, so all of the above plus AIS/One-2-Call.

Any/all of these should have sufficient coverage in the Phrom Phong/Emporium area. I don't think one will be significantly better over a long period of time? SIM cards are relatively inexpensive, ~ 49 baht, and TrueMove H, DTAC and AIS all offer daily plans for 49 baht. Maybe give one or two a trial then make a final decision?
