I thought I would post this because I have seen more and more people linking to RT as if it were some kind of credible news source. Plenty of interesting examples in the full story but only allowed to post a few sentences here...

Can't say I have watched a lot of RT as I only ever see a you tube from time to time & only in regards to the Worldwide Financial Crisis.

In that regards I have to say I felt they are quite factual.

As for any media source reporting on various uprisings in the M.E.

It is pretty much impossible for any of us outside those areas to discern truth from fiction.

Shoot it is pretty much impossible these days to discern the truth within our own borders

Can't say I have watched a lot of RT as I only ever see a you tube from time to time & only in regards to the Worldwide Financial Crisis.

In that regards I have to say I felt they are quite factual.

who think it is somehow unpatriotic if you do question them....Yet nothing could be more patriotic than to be sure your government is not

For Putin running RT? I never heard that but I do assume it is government run as all media ultimately is.

I also know they have the 2nd highest viewed Foreign news in the US behind the BBC

I do not have them on TV here but I have pretty much reduced TV to nothing in recent months

As I said I do like some of their rebroadcasts on youtube when it comes to finance ......

The stated resons for having 30,000 drones in American airspace by the end of the decade doesn't pass the smell test. The US government has huge aerial "no fly zones" already in America for it's air exercises. Is Matt Tiabbi the only investigative reporter left in America? Muckracking used to be the forte of American journalists. I guess when there are only a small handful of corporate media outlets left, no one wants to rock the boat anymore.

Matt Taibbi has given great reports in the past for Rolling Stone & as you said may be one of the last real investigative reporters

He did put the banking crisis into layman's terms for many.

I don't think I really believe anybody (except on the cricket news). Maybe the BBC, but I have my doubts about them.

I never liked Fox as it was pretty much the opposite twin of MSNBC

They both were so blindingly one dimensional & both so tied to the party lines even when their party was clearly wrong

they somehow expected folks to agree with it.

But I dont really watch TV anymore & where I am has very few channels anyway.

But.....I have always like Judge Napolitano anytime I have seen him speak online

I recently saw this & guess he had a show on Fox...... They seem to have canceled him?

This is the final show or a part of it I guess............??

Too bad because as I said when I have seen him speak on the internet I cannot say I ever disagreed with anything he said
