Looking to buy/borrow/copy the "Side by Side" textbook. workbook, DVD, etc.

No longer available from the Publisher.

I see plenty available on Amazon, as cheap as $4 if you don't mind second-hand. Where did you hear that it's out of print? Amazon will ship to Thailand for about $10 but if you poke around in the used section you might find an international seller who's closer and therefore can ship cheaper.

Yes, I have seen items at Amazon. Hoping to find something closer to home.

The publisher, Longmans, advise that the items are no longer available.
