I'm looking for a room/apt to rent in Jomtien for under 15000. I'm currently in Pattaya and have looked at a few places along the soi's running from beach rd. There appears to be 1001 rooms to lets, so I would appreciate it if anybody could recommend a particular place.

You can check out Park Lane Resort, Soi Watboon. These are 1 bedrooms. Prices range from 10,000 to 15,000 Baht per month depending on floor/aspect/rental term. Great facilities.
