Where Can I Get A Secondhand Pool Table In Phetchabun Province?

Featured Replies

Try the classifieds here. I've seen quite a few for sale, but have never seen one in your area. Even where I live, near Pattaya, it's hard to find them. They do crop up from time to time. But Bangkok is your best bet. Delivery is not too expensive.

Otherwise, try the various bars in the area. I've seen some with signs they are selling their tables. I've contacted a few of these places and from time to time, they do have tables for sale:

Yes I believe you will be hard pressed to find one second hand up here I've hardly seen any pool tables any where in any bars or pubs,a few hotels have snooker tables, that said you may be lucky.

Failing that Sport world in Topland sell them new but come in at cool 90,000 baht.

We almost bought one recently, but after doing some research, there's a big difference in the quality of the cheap vs. expensive tables. Fabric, bed (slate vs. granite), bumpers, supplied equipment, etc. If you are really into it, a decent table and equipment is not cheap....and the better ones will last a long time.

This maybe better in the central Thailand section also.

You're right. Let's try this in the Central forum. Topic Moved.

Thanks Guys.

I quite like the idea of putting a pool table from BKK in the back of a vigo and driving up to Phetchabun.

Go to Phetchabun town and at the crossroads with traffic lights on highway 21 with Police box on right hand side turn left. On the right hand side of that road is a snooker hall approx 300 metres up. They may be able to sort you out. I know they sell 2nd hand cues now and again so possibly a table. Is worth a look.
