Claim Against Thai Government For Medicine

Featured Replies

the present weather situation in the north is what i am referring to. a single mother with 2 small children

has had to pay for first the hospital and now the doctor for medicine and treatment for her 2 children for which she could not afford. can she make a claim from the thai government.the fault lying with them for not controlling the situation.

Only if she can find a lawyer willing to work on a contingency fee basis, and even then little chance of success. A thing like that would need a large class action suit with claims that included deaths/permanent disability etc.

Is she Thai? Because if so, she would be able to get free medical care at a government hospital.

Why on earth should the government be liable for local farmers actions?
