house is on soi nermpubwan, 3 bedroom, 2 large 1 small single bedroom, kitchen, carport, Aircons in every room, fans in every room, tastefully decorated with modern farang style new tiles just put on in and around carport and balcony, looks beautifull from outside, many farang bars only one minutes walk, market only one minute walk, shops, gas stations, pizza hut, barbers,banks fishing parks, golf, everything at your doorstep including gymnasium etc, why go into pattaya and spend a lot of money when you can live here like a king for half price. The soi nerpubwan can get busy but our house is in a very very quiet little soi just off nermpubwan, not in a gated community so no service fees to pay per month, house has its own security gates etc. Nice friendly neighbours and definately worth having a look, im also going to get it ready for rental in the next few months at a cost of 13,000 baht per moth.
