Question About Thaibank Paper When Buying A Condo

I am about buying a condo and i have heard that when money arrives to my thai bank i have to go my bank to get some sort of paper to proove that money arrived outside of Thailand..

Well That is fine but i am wondering will there be any problems to get this paper if money for this one condo comes in 2 swift orders from 2 different banks and actually from 2 different countries..

I quess no problems but better be sure since i have not done this before...biggrin.png

No problem at all.

Just make sure the foreign currency arrives at your bank account and state the reason for transfer is "to buy a condo".

Then ask your Thai bank for a FETF, Foreign Exchange Transfer Form.
