Payment Gateway Providers

Featured Replies

I am looking for recommendations for E commerce gateway providers.

Who do you use to take credit card/debit payments on your website?

Its not so much who you want to use, its more like who will your customers trust and be comfortable using. You can get XYXz company but if your customers never heard of them or dont know them they wont use it. Love or hate Paypal they are well known and used by millions. Google is well known good system but alot of people wont use them because of the publicity regarding information harvesting. So, consider your customer first, checkout your direct competition see what they use etc. and if possible offer more than one option.

As CharlieH said learn your customer. I paid my prat web guy to move to a hosting/billing system offered by Godaddy thinking I am fed up with Paypal and the customer wont care who they use to process their credit card.

The next billing cycle 70% of the clients said we want to pay you with Paypal-go figure
