Renting In Bang Kapi

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a place to rent for 3 months in the Bang Kapi area. A studio or one bedroom apartment that costs a max of 10,000 THB would be ideal. If anyone has suggestions do let me know. I'm hoping that are students from Ramkhamhaeng University who will be out for the summer and looking to sublet their places.

Also, I've heard the best way to find an apartment is to do it in person. Does anybody have any advice on how I should go about that. Would a real estate agent be helpful?

Thanks

Hi!

I have one condo for rent in the center of Bangkapi . Are you interested?

My friend just buy it and never let somebody to stay. This condo is just completed and fully furnished.

It's near to both Bangapi market and The Mall Bangkapi.

The rent is 10,000 bath per month with deposit before stay is 20,000 baht .

The deposit will be refunded when your contract is ended and after I check whether there is anything to be repaired or fixed.

If there is nothing to repair , I will refund with full amount.

The electricity and water charge is exclusive to the rent. You're needed to pay according to the bill.

If you're interested , send me a PM I will send you some picture of the condo

or call me at 085-3308792
