Thai Secondhand Bookstore Near Sukumvith?

Featured Replies

Anyone know of a good Secondhand bookstore with Thai translations of thrillers, classic novels etc... near Sukumvith. Most bookstores seem to cater mostly for

English language and the Thai sections seem to be filled with (only in my opinion) 95% uninteresting junk (as differentiated from "interesting readable" junk).

Cheers

Tricksy

Sorry, not 2nd hand, but SE-ED Books has a lot of translation to Thai of quite a few up to day English novels and even current non-fiction books. There may be an outlet in Robinsons there at the corner of Suk Soi 19. Absent that, go over to Rama IV and the Tesco-Lotus, or indeed, about any T-L outlet.

Mac

Hope you find something but in the lapse of time in which I have been living here the only good book that I found translated into Thai was the Godfather, because the must of the stuff that Thai people read are Korean, Japanese and Chinese love/horror novels .
