According to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Government_of_Thailand Thailand has 5 Deputy Prime Ministers and 4 ministers with the title, The Office of the Prime Minister.

You have to scroll down a little bit. How can you have 5 deputies?
