Where Do They Sell The Condos That Are Popping Up All Over Amphur?

A lot of condos/apartments seem to be popping up in amphur (Khunhan, 40-50 minutes from Sisaket) -- does anyone know where they sell them? At the banks or ...?

As far as I know there aren't any real estate agents around here (I could be wrong of course)

I haven't seen the condo's you're talking about,but since you mention the rural location, I suspect it to be social housing build by the government.
