anyone know a decent rental agent in pattaya, i have house in sukumvit soi nermpubwan, 3 bedrooms with ensuites balcony, ,no garden , carport, aircons, fans, new furniture inside,.with cooker, fridge in kitchen.

what could i expect to rent this for per month ?

Your neighbors will tell their friends who like the area about your home.

I think there is a Lotus on the other side of Suk as well. See if they have a board for posting.

Foodland, Friendahip and the former Carefour have boards as well.
