anyone know a decent rental agent in pattaya, i have house in sukumvit soi nermpubwan, 3 bedrooms with ensuites balcony, ,no garden , carport, aircons, fans, new furniture inside,.with cooker, fridge in kitchen.

what could i expect to rent this for per month ?
