Easiest Amphur For Thai/Farang Marraige (And Nearest Huay Kwang)

Featured Replies

Best/easiest no hassle amphur to marry in Bangkok? Would rather not drag witnesses along. My Thai has gone from bad to worse ironically.

I had read ages ago there was one down somewhere on Silom. I have also read for donkeys years "Ban Rak" - isn't this outside BKK a bit?? Pattaya is DEFINITELY out!

We live in Huay Kwang.

Anyway - thanks

Any amphur will do. The reason many people advise Ban Rak is that they have a lot of experience in marrying foreigners, which speeds up the process. But any amphur in Thailand where you can expect a number of foreigners to have been married will do.

We did it on Chang Wattana in Nontaburi. Less than 1 hour and painless other than getting embassy paperwork.

We did it at the Amphur near the On Nut SkyTrain station. It took 20 minutes.

I have heard that there is an Amphur somewhere near Patpong. No idea if that is true.

Congratulations!

Yeah, I heard about that Amphur near Patpong. OnNut good to know. Thanks.

Never mind, my GF just told me there is one on Pacharatbampen! Easy peasy!

SORRY and thanks

Did mine at Bang Sue, not sure if we needed the witnesses but took some family friends with us just in case.

Congrats...
