Apple Bluetooth Keyboard Stopped Working

Featured Replies

Bought a new Mini and Bluetooth keyboard in March. Keyboard paired up and worked fine right from the start. On Wed afternoon, keyboard stopped working. Battery=100%; software all up to date; in Bluetooth preferences everything is paired, configured and connected.

Thurs morning: returned to Apple dealer with keyboard. It worked fine in the shop with one of their machines. Returned with Mini. Mini and keyboard worked fine. Sent off to Apple repair shop: same-same; Mini and keyboard worked fine. Returned home. Set up Mini again; it and keyboard worked fine.

Fri afternoon: keyboard stopped again. I notice that the Control, Option and Command keys do have some functionality, but none of the other keys works; even the green light on caps locked is dead.

Any ideas for a fix?
