There is some sort of disconnect in our emails and I'm trying to reconnect with my buddy in Pattaya, but I don't want to say his name in the forum.

The "Old Dude" is about 62, I think, and reads this forum ... he's a Yank, lives in Pattaya and for some reason he loves lawn bowling.

Did you try calling the Lawn Bowls places, there is only a couple of them.

I'm in Japan and would have no idea how to contact a lawn bowling palace in Pattaya. And I won't be going back to Thailand again until a year from now when I retire. I guess I'll keep trying the old email address I have for him.

My buddy also spends time tutoring Thai kids for free on computers so he might be busy with that right now. Last I heard though there was a fire and I was wondering if he was able to start it back up.
