I was pretty lucky this year, had a SUPER Christmas (!) 2 dinners even, all the trimmings. One on Sathorn and another in Pattaya at a TV member's fab estate, poolside christmas party, fantastic.

Thought I'd take a moment to call TGS while I was down there and he was pretty down alright. The christmas dinner TV host didn't even hesitate to invite him to join and I drove over & picked the guy up. He was a bluthering mess (as torny once said;) feeling a bit depressed at being alone on christmas & all that I guess.

Well, he did say Moog had invited him but then apparently said he'd have to check with his wife first...Later he said he got a phone call from the Moogster & revellers, laughing down the phone while describing their sumptous feast & expensive apertifs (you jokesters you)

Didn't really get a chance to talk with Scamp at the dinner but altho he was pretty quiet at first, he seemed to brighten up later and thanked the hosts several times. I don't talk with him except once in a blue moon and how he or anyone lives their life has little bearing on mine but I wish him and everyone else, all the very best in the New Year!

Fired for not having a work permit. He thinks it could be one of his Thaivisa rivals who supergrassed him to immigration or his employer.

I feel sorry for him, thats a rotten thing to lose your job and apartment at Xmas.

I know Howard quite well and I don't believe for one minute that he would of had anything to do with Scampy being fired.

You'll probably find that immigration wanted to check out the circus and its staff and the boss there realiseed he did'nt have a permit and fired him. I would have fired him also. i don't think theres been any malice by anyone towards scampy, If he was grassed then he was grassed by somebody in the circus, maybe he pissed somebody off?

Nah say what you want about Howard - he's not the sort of bloke to do that sort of thing.

I think owner of Circus got wind of a immigration check and well rest is history. I doubt he'd want to risk problems w/future business for old Scampy.

Sorry, been away from the board for the past few weeks.....Busy with the Holidays & all... But I seem to have come back in the middle of some kinda Bru-ha-ha..

So what is this I hear about Scampy being fired from that Circus of his, what, for not having a work permit or something? ...Evicted from a "container "?

Cos he was a bad boy...

The software has a warning level system, when a mod/admin issues you a warning your warning level increases by 1 level. When this level reaches 9 the software automatically changes the users status to Banned. Its then in the hands of the Admins, there is nothing that we Mods can do about it.

I shouldnt go into details about what he did wrong, but lets just say he had several second chances and was given several reprieves for past indiscretions. I shouldnt disclose this (dont hurt me Admins) but his final warning was for references to HM which were deemed as inappropriate. Members have been banned for that alone.

Now i'm not prepared to discuss this matter any further, if you require any more of an explanation then direct your questions to an Administrator. Were in danger of having this thread locked as it is.

His bannishment was suicidal, he kept ASKING to be banned and I mean litterally ASKING! I was involved with the thread at the time so I saw what was happening.

I did not think that the ban would be permanant, I thought he had been given a short holiday, not a life sentance, but "Rules is Rules"

It's a shame coz you could love or hate Scamps posts , but never ignore them.

I would like to wish him all the best for the future. I am sure that he will be following what is happening here, and let me be the forst to wish him

Even if he DID, he would never be Scamp anymore, and as Cdnvic says if he revealed himself (which knowing scamp wouldn't take long) he would be banned again.

So there is no way back for him unfortunatley.
