Take caster sugar, put it in a blender, switch on, run 2 minutes, switch off.....voila !

Will it turn out like icing when you mix with water? I thought Icing sugar had different characteristics.

2 lb icing sugar sifted (Not all may be used)

1 tsp lemon juice

Yep, makes Royal Icing as per usual

Flour, baking powder, baking soda and icing sugar are in a separate place at Tesco. You have to look for the farang food.
