Many countries in Europe can be called for 7 Baht per minute, but not the Netherlands, as for as I know. What is the cheapest rate to call to the Netherlands ?

If you have a computer and internet connection try Skype. 1 min. 0.02 Euro = 1 Baht/min to a landline in the Netherland. Calls to a Mobile phone are more expensive.
