My remote controller has ceased to function. Just to prove it I borrowed one and it worked my box, yes and I have changed the batteries . So where can I get one from and what should the approx price be please.

Get a digital camera / phone camera and point it at the IR sensor on the remote (any type of remote) and when you press a button on the remote you will see the IR sensor light up though the camera. If it lights up then there is another issue.

Thanks ... no it didn't light up ... but the air con unit one did when I checked it and so did my friends ... so I need another
