I suspect she noticed his interest in someone else and wanted them to go back to the room but he wanted nothing of it. A fight ensued which he did not back down from which resulted in her leaving. Maybe this dawned on her later leading to her creating this fabricated story to take revenge on her boyfriend for "letting this happen to her" by allowing her to leave unescorted back to their Hotel.

Whatever the reason, this guy needs to distance himself from this "nutter" as quickly as possible. Just goes to show it does not matter whether a girls is a pro or not they will go to extraordinary lengths to manipulate a man's feelings.

15 days seems a very lenient sentence for such a serious false accusation against 3 Thai men.

The crime of rape is sometimes very hard to prove but in a case where a woman "beyond all reasonable doubt" makes a false allegation of rape she should receive the same sentence as the men she has falsely accuses would have got plus pay substantial damages to the accused if she has named or identified them.

However, CCTV footage taken at the end of Soi Bangla shows the woman leaving the area on a motorbike taxi at about 3am on Sunday.

It's interesting that those Bangla road camera's only seem to work when they can be used to exonerate tuk tuk drivers.

And the thousands of incidents committed by the Thai population / mafiosi / thugs operating in that area are swept under the magic carpet as evidence does not exist / has been paid to go away.

She may have been the worst for drink, feeling angry and bitter with her BF for some reason, she went off astray somewhere and after returning back to her boyfriend in the hotel room, was unable to hide the evidence that she had been a naughty girl so ended up cungering up this cock and ball story.

I would be interested to see where you obtained the source of this information? As I have searched and found nothing.

And why was this girl being observed by an undercover officer? she hadn`t even committed any offence during that time or was even suspected that she may commit an offence, It just doesn`t make sense.
