Having Trouble Downloading From The Thai Consul Uk Site

I have had no luck in downloading any of the forms from the Thai consul site at Hull/UK anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Is there anywhere else I can get the application forms?

Any information or help would be welcomed.

You are aware it is a direct download (does not appear on screen) so will be where your browser files them.?

Sorry Lopburi I dont understand that all. Previously have been able to bring things up on the screen and have a look then decide if I wanted to download it. I am not a computer wizard so where would my browser put them? I doubt I am the only one in this position either, where do I look?

i had trouble also so i called them and they sent me a copy via e-mail,

i have a copy of my completed visa pack if you want i can e-mail it to you ,

As soon as you click on it download to your computer is made and you have to find it among the items in your download folder (which varies by browser or how you have it set up). In Chrome click on tool at far right address bar and select Downloads to get list. A link should also be available at far left bottom of current page. You click on the download to open PDF file (assuming you have a PDF viewer installed).

Had problems downloading and opening the files myself from Hull's website.

Not sure what is wrong with their website or downloads, but if you save the file and then open with Microsoft Word it works.

You are right they are .doc rather than pdf so have to have something installed to read them such as Word and open outside browser.

I have managed to get the downloads off the site, found them in recent items after I had installed "word 2003" Still do not understand why though and as I am obviously not the only one having problems recently this should be addressed by the consul, they are aware/
