Have The Public Taxi Desks Moved To Arrivals Or Still On Level 1

Hi.

Is the Public Taxi (meter taxi) sign up desks still on Level 1? Or have the desks moved to Arrivals?

The last time I was in Bangkok the taxi desks were on Level 1 but I read on another forum that they were moving up to Arrivals after Songkran.

By "Gates" they mean door numbers.

So, what you are saying is that the Public Taxi desks are in the same location they have been in the past couple years on level 1 NOT moved to ARRIVALS.

Unless I am wrong, Level 1 and Floor 1 are the same. Here is an older link that says the same thing.
