I went to see it yesterday. Big roomy condo, views of the Bang-Na Trad highway. Good access for Central, Big C etc, bit of a walk with heavy shopping though, if you're lazy like me. Facilites and parking seem ok. Worth taking a look at.

Well I've just stuck a deposit on a 4 bedroom palace house near Rama IX park, round the corner from a good international school my kid will go to. Nice a quiet house, brand new, partly furnished. 30K month. bargain.

This school I've come across with be 55K per term x2 terms a year, Pattana can be upto 1 milion I think.

Whats the name of that shool doeas it have a web site. I was under the impression that Patana was about 500,000 a year, which is expensive but not all together out of the picture. 1 million however is

There are several smaller international schools in the Pattana Karn area for well below Pattana money, there's a supplement that comes with the Bkk Post every now and again that lists all the inter schools in Bangkok and Thailand. The one I have in mind is the Pan Asia International School.

Glad you found a place you like in the area Terdsak, just wish it were mine As for Patana, my daughter loves it, but the price is definitely up there, though it is not at the million baht level yet. Cheers mate, the condo is nice, but with this house I save 5 grand a month, have my kids school down the soi, and have more space too. Also this house is brand new which really made me do the deal.
