Where To Look For Professional Web Designer ?

Hi, any recommendations/advice on how I can go about finding a web designer to revamp my site ? The site is for a small business so it needs to be professional quality, designer needs to speak English. I have a feeling this could be like finding an needle in a haystack, and could be hit or miss.

I wonder if there are any foreign web designers/ companies based here who do this kind of thing ?

Best place for any web designs where there is total control of quality and content, www.scriptlance.com which recently changed to http://www.freelance...lancer.com/. I have used them for years in everything from logo designs to highly complex web sites and they are 10% of the cost of anything locally or in the west. Funds are escrowed to start and they don't get paid until job is done to everyones satisfaction. Then by report (similar to eBay) you rate them and they rate you which keeps the whole thing honest. Good luck - prices start around THB6,000.
