I have approx 8 rai on Lampang-Denchai Hwy, Lampang, to be utilised as farming business. Plus another 3 rai nearby that can possibly be acquired if needed. Plantation in this area are typically corns, teak. Looking for someone who has experience in farming.
July 16, 201213 yr Unless you're young, I guess teak grows to slow to give you any money back, and business partners on 8 rai of corn.......The land is maybe a little small for investment partners - if that's what you want?
July 16, 201213 yr Author It doesn't have to be teak growing, I was referring to the typical plants around this area. And your're right, teak will take approx 10 years before you can make money out of it. As mentioned ealier, another 4 rai neaby may be acquired if needed. I'm not looking for big investment, just something to do with the land and generate some income.
