Can Anyone Help? Credit Card Payments Blocked From Myanmar

Featured Replies

I wonder if anyone could do me a great favour and help me to make a small payment of 18 euros in respect of the renewal of a domain name?

I have to make this payment on-line using a credit-card, but I am currently in Myanmar and my attempts to pay using my card fail due to 'international sanctions etc against Myanmar', which is the error message that I receive.

Sanctions were relaxed some months ago, so this error message is incorrect. However, that does not help me to make this payment!

Is there any member living in Thailand and who also has a Thai bank account - who can make the payment on this website (I'll PM you the details). My wife in Thailand can then deposit the equivalent of 18 euros in Thai baht into your bank account.

I'm not due to return to Thailand for some weeks, and this domain expires in a couple of weeks :(

Thanks in advance if anyone can help out

Simon

If you are doing this online can you not just give the details to your wife to do it from Thailand - or do you not trust her with the credit card details.......whistling.gif
