From memory the oil capacity is 800m, oil for change is 750ml. So either is OK. Depends if the bike uses oil. If so the 1l is better. Or you could use the excess to lubricate the chain.

Sounds like Shell is doing the old smaller container same price scam. Check the size of a new Mars Bar and an old one!

Go to Tesco and buy the one liter and keep the remaining 200-250ccs after each oil change. You should have enough residual oil to do the fifth oil change free :)
